• Aadhar Card (Mobile Number should be registered).

• Finger print of the person in whose name the Ayushman card is to be made will be taken.

• Only a permanent resident of India can apply for Ayushman Card.
• The benefit of this scheme will be given to the weaker section citizens coming under BPL category.
• Under this scheme, those families who are included in the social, economic and caste census will be able to apply.

How to Apply Online Ayushman Card

• To apply Ayushman Card Online, first of all you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Card.
• After this, Click on the tab of “Beneficiary Login” given in the website.
• After this, Enter your mobile number which is linked to Aadhar card and verify the OTP.
• After this, You will see the option of E-KYC, click on it and complete the E-KYC authentication process.
• After this, Next page will open, select the member for whom Ayushman card is to be made.
• Here you will again get the E-KYC icon, Click on it for live photo, Click on the computer photo icon and upload the selfie, or complete your E-KYC process through finger print.
• Then you will get the option of additional option, click on it and enter your all the information asked in the application form correctly.
• Finally, click on the submit button and submit the application form.
• If everything is found correct, the Ayushman Card will be approved within 24 hours. Which you can also download in your mobile phone.
